The company Imperijal-Tabako AD import-export Valandovo was founded in 1991.

This business already exists for 32 years with certain changes and additions, allowing us to be present on the market for all the buyers, with the professional cooperation sustaining our activities for almost 3 decades.

  • Since 1992, distributor of cigarettes for the region – East and Central Macedonia for the Tobacco Company Prilep, Tobacco Company Skopje, Macedonia Tabak and Philip Morris.
  • 1998, the company separates from TCS and Macedonia Tabak and continues with Tobacco Company Prilep and Philip Morris, where in 2001-2002. the name and the organizational form are being changed to Imperijal Tabako AD Valandovo.
  • 2007 the company signs an exclusive distribution agreement with the operator A1 (Vip LLC) for the sale of vouchers and electronic top-up for prepaid SIM cards.
  • December 2011 The company becomes the general importer and distributor of the products of the Swedish company Swedish Match, Cricket Lighters for the Republic of Macedonia, and from 2021 for the Republic of Albania as well.
  • 2012, the company terminates the cooperation with Philip Morris.
  • In November 2014, the company terminates cooperation with Tobacco Company Prilep.
  • In 2015, the company reorganized and began direct distribution throughout the territory of the Republic of Macedonia of food, non-food products and beverages.

Today, the company has concluded agreements as an exclusive distributor on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia with:

Во 2007 год. друштвото потпишува договор за ексклузивна дистрибуција со А1 оператор (Вип ДООЕЛ)  за продавање на ваучери и електронско полнење за При Пејд, СИМ картички.

Во декември 2011 Друштвото има потпишано договор со Шведската компанија Swedish Match за ексклузивно право на продажба на запалки за цигари, ќибрити итн на ниво на цела територија на СРМ.

Друштвото прекинува соработка со Филип Морис 2012 год.

Од Ноември 2014 год друштвото спогодбено ја прекинува соработката со Тутунски комбинат Прилеп .

Од 2015 година друштвото се реорганизира и започна од ново со развивање на сопствена дистрибуција на територија на цела држава со трговија и дистрибуција на прехрамбени, непрехрамбени производи и пијалоци:
